Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A hand sink was being used for manual dish washing instead of 2 comparment sink available in the back. On site supervisor was directed to use 2 compartment sink to wash, rince and sanitize food contact surfaces going forward.

Comments

Coolers storing drinks and potentially hazardous foods (sandwich,dairy, eggs, etc.) were at or below 4C.
Freezers were at or below -18C
Bleach sanitizer was at >100 ppm. Reviewed process to prepare bleach sanitizer with the supervisor. Bleach is being used until the facility receives a shipment of QUATS sanitizer.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Hand sink was fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
COVID 19 inspection was completed. Separate checklist has been forwarded to the facility.
