Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knife holder had foam inside.

- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in sanibuckets
- hairnets available for staff
- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle
- meat slicer appears to be maintained in sanitary condition
- large ice machine in main kitchen sanitary
