Temperature logs this morning show cooler was <4C; however, cooler is now blowing warm air and air temperature is sitting around 10C.
Tub of mayo was probed - middle at 6.8C, outside at 9.2C.
Do not restock unit with potentially hazardous foods until it can maintain foods at 4C or below, consistently.
