Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reach-in cooler below the hot hold units were verified to be holding cold potentially hazardous food at over 4C. The internal temperature of most of the food in this unit was at 8.0C. As per Manager, food were stored in this unit overnight.
Corrective Action(s): Manager has decided to discard all cold potentially hazardous food items from this unit. The following food products were discarded by the food handlers and manager: Creamed based sauce, tomato based sauce (4 containers total), mixed tofu and garlic sauce.

Observation: Reach-in cooler below the hot hold units were noted to be holding food at around 8.0C.
Corrective Action(s): All cold potentially hazardous food were discarded from this unit. Do not use this unit for storing potentially hazardous food until it is able to maintain food at 4C or below.
Manager was able to turn down the temperature of the unit. Please monitor the temperature. If the temperature does not go down, have a technician come to service this unit as well.

Follow-up inspection completed for inspection report# KLAI-CSZQT4
No inappropriate dispenser noted stored inside the ice machine during the inspection.
Interior of the dish machine and underside of the handles of the reach-in cooler now noted in a sanitary condition.
Did not observe opened can food in the cooler units.

Reach-in drawer cooler below the flat grill has been called in. As per Manager, they are not currently using this unit until it is fixed.
