Follow up inspection completed to check if violations identified in routine inspection have been corrected. - In use utensils in kitchen are no longer being stored in container of water. They were observed to kept on clean portion of prep surface. - Interior of ice machine was cleaned and appears in sanitary condition. Ensure ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly as part of your regular cleaning schedule - Mouse droppings were cleaned from areas outlined in routine inspection report (04-Apr-2022) and traps have been placed in these areas. Some additional droppings were noted in dry storage area where cans are stored and the area was cleaned and disinfected at the time of the inspection. Continue to monitor these areas for any further rodent activity and clean up any droppings if present. Info bulletin (Mice in Food Establishments) provided.
