Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 259079 of May-12-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: High temperature dishwasher observed not functioning. Operator was aware of issue and attempted contacting maintenance companies. A two compatment sink is present. Given the large volume of dishes and ongoing food prep throughout the day, adequate sanitation cannot be achieved.
