Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: 1 bowl of cooked rice was stored on the prep table under room temperature. Internal food temperature measured at 20C.
Correction: Move the rice into the walk-in cooler immediately. Do not store any potentially hazardous food under room temperature.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 2 hand washing stations in the kitchen and 1 hand washing station in the washroom were provided with single use paper towels. The further side hand washing station was obstructed with garbage can and containers.
Correction: Provide single-use paper towels that can be fitted inside the wall-mounted dispenser. In the meantime, use paper towel rolls instead. Remove garbage can and containers obstructing the hand washing station. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Sandwich cooler at 3C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Operator observed to be washing hands.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray botlle.
- Knives stored in clean container.
- Food products covered in walk-in cooler.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation improved.
