Observation: Insufficient lighting in back of house for food prep and cleaning. Operator indicated the affected light needs a ballast replacement and they are ordering the part. Plastic light cover observed to be cracked and broken. Cover discarded during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Replace light ballast, install light bulb, and replace light cover/install light bulb sleeve to protect food from contamination in the event the light bulb shatters.
Correct by: 1 week.

CORRECTED VIOLATIONS:
307 corrected - newspaper discarded in deep fryer area, counter of batter station area, and cooler.
308 (2) corrected - handsink faucet in back of house repaired and no longer dripping water.
314 corrected - dishwasher sanitizer records up to date and new test strips obtained.

- Up to date temperature logs available.

NOTE:
1. Operator working on the broken tile at the kitchen entrance. Tile has some previous water damage. Operator will fill the sunken area and finish the area with smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable material.
