Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station next to the 3 compartment sink is lack of single use paper towel. Staff immediately re-stocked the paper towel fort his hand washing sink. Always to ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.

- 3 compartment sink with drain plug available for manual dishwashing
- Staff on dishwashing duty was able to demonstrate proper manual dishwashing methods
- Chlorine at 3rd sanitizing sink measured at 100 ppm
- Sanitizer bucket chlorine measured at 200 ppm with cloth fully immersed
- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Professional pest control company contracted
- Chemical is stored away from food
- Walk-in cooler temperature at 4'C
- Line cooler temperature at 3'C
- Drink display cooler temperature at 4'C
- Dessert display cooler temperature at 4'C
- 2 door chest freezers temperature at -18'C
