Routine Inspection:
Facility not in operation at the time of inspection.
Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
2 under-counter coolers maintained below 4 degrees Celsius. Thermometers present in both coolers.
Note: one cooler (near dishwasher) turned off and used for storage.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 72.5 degrees Celsius at dish level after the final rinse cycle.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored on top of ice machine.
Ensure to prepare a 100-200 ppm chlorine (bleach) sanitizer (half teaspoon bleach per litre water) when facility is in operation to sanitize food contact surfaces.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Overall cleanliness very good.
