Overall sanitation is very clean
Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
QUAT sanitizer on site and in use at 200 ppm
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower; hot holding unit at 60 C or higher
Dipper well being used; constant flow of water at the time of inspection
Mechanical dishwasher currently not in use as operator looking for a replacement. However, three compartment sink being used to manually clean and sanitize all utensils properly. Each compartment is large enough to completely submerge largest utensil in the store.
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
