-upstairs glasswasher measured 0 ppm iodine at the glass surface at the time of inspection
-sanitizer solution not available at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): -operator cleaned out the iodine line at the time of inspection for the glasswasher. measured 12.5ppm iodine by the end of the inspection.
-operator remade solution. ensure that sanitizer solution is available at all times of inspection.

- Walk-in coolers (kitchen 2 Degrees Celsius , downstairs 3 Degree Celsius), line cooler (4 Degrees Celsius), Bar cooler (4 Degrees Celsius), and server station cooler (2 Degrees Celsius)
- Walk-in freezer measured -19 Degrees Celsius
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71.6 Degrees Celsius at the dish surface .
- both bar glasswashers measured > 12.5 ppm iodine at glass surface.
- Roast potatoes hot held at 79 Degrees Celsius , rice hot held at 62 Degrees Celsius
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner
