Follow up inspection:
- 2 door prep cooler (behind sushi prep area) - Temperature is below 4C/40F - good.
- 2 door sandwich prep cooler - Temperature about 41 F but this cooler is only used for lower risk foods (onions, lettuce etc.). Door seal is being repaired.
An updated routine cleaning schedule is being developed for deli.
