Follow up inspection: - 2 door prep cooler (behind sushi prep area) - Temperature is below 4C/40F - good. - 2 door sandwich prep cooler - Temperature about 41 F but this cooler is only used for lower risk foods (onions, lettuce etc.). Door seal is being repaired. An updated routine cleaning schedule is being developed for deli. Copy of this report to be emailed to Assistant Manager.
