- Base of dough machine has build-up of old dough and flour
- Walls in kitchen and interior of coolers require cleaning
Corrective Action(s): - Clean floors, ensuring to reach underneath storage racks in walk-in cooler.
- Clean and sanitize all parts of dough machine after each use.
- Clean walls and coolers on a regular basis

Note: Kitchen was not in use at time of inspection.

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 3C, domestic cooler measured to be at 4C
- No mouse droppings seen in kitchen area
- Dishwasher reached 73C at dish surface during final rinse - good.
- Bleach available onsite for sanitizing surfaces.
- Reminder to keep all doors closed to prevent pest entry
