Corrective Action(s): Food shelves must be easily cleanable. Paint over the raw wooden shelves with an oil based paint and/or plastic hard plastic liners overtop of it.

-General sanitation good -no signs of pests -Orkin Pest Control comes in monthly -no activity in the last reports

-QUAT sanitizer dispenser/spray bottles >200ppm as per test strips

-Handsinks well stocked and clear for use
