Follow up inspection: -Shelving unit inside walk-in-cooler had been cleaned to remove buildup. -Cardboard boxes previously used to store clean pizza trays were removed. -Pizza trays were being stored in a clean reusable storage container and directly on the storage cabinet unit. -Food was covered in food grade materials in the upright freezer.
