Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-CHCTZE

High temperature unable to reach temperatures of 71°C or above after running 3 cycles.
Max temperature measured approximately 67°C.

Operator agreed to switch to manual dishwashing method with 2 compartment sink. Disposable take-out containers and cutlery to be used for all orders.
Operator to inform district inspector if dishwasher is to be replaced or repaired.
