Observation: There have been multiple times when there were 5 children under the age of 4 in care at one time. As per Schedule E of the CCLR, there can be no more than 4 children under the age of 4 at one time in a family child care facility. Discussions were held regarding compliance.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure compliance with ages of children in care.

RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19070 - CCLR s.57(2)(a) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.
Observation: There is no record of the children's immunization statuses.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure, for each child, a record of their immunization status.
