- Walk-in freezer maintained at -18C.

- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 1800 ppm lactic acid sanitizer available in buckets. Test stripes available on site for use.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at plate level.
- Ice machine and vegetable slicer maintained in sanitary condition.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at time.
