- Notable amount of grease build up observed underneath the cookline.

- Operator stated that deep cleaning is planned next week. Ensure to remove all grease & debris build up from the floor.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All freezers range from -11C to -14C.
- Hot held food items at 60C or above.
- Bleach sanitizer in plastic buckets measured at 100ppm.
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 38.4C and the final rinse water had 100ppm chlorine.
- Monthly pest control done by professional pest control company. Last report from Mar 11, 2025 indicates of minimal mice & cockroach activity - continue to maintain sanitation and monitor pest activity. Overall improvement noted since the last inspection.
