-Kitchen areas appear clean and well maintained
-Liquid soap and paper towel present in kitchens for handwashing
-Fridge and freezer temperatures were adequate.
-Domestic dishwasher present. Manager reported dishwasher is only used for 4 cycles per day. *Ensure sanitizing cycle is used (labelled pots & pans on dishwasher)
-Bleach sanitizer (100ppm chlorine) present for sanitizing surfaces. *Label spray bottle to indicate contents.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection
-Staff have completed Foodsafe level 1. Certificates present.
