Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution present for cleaning food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution is a legislative requirement needed to ensure that food contact surfaces are properly sanitized so that pathogens can not grow and proliferate. Prepare a bucket or spray bottle with sanitizer solution ie. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution.

3 compartment sink used for washing dishes. *** NOTE: Either disperse the dishes into sanitizer for at least 2 minutes, or air dry for at least 2 minutes ***
Coolers at or below 4 degrees Celsius; freezers at or below -18 degrees Celsius; hot holding units at or above 60 degrees Celsius.
Small amount of droppings found under water boiler. Sticky traps and catch traps present, and remainder of facility is extremely clean and sanitary.
Vent hood serviced recently.
