Observation:
Corrective Action(s): Observed a hole in behind 2 door cooler that has been "Sealed" with paper and tape, this is not acceptable. Use drywall and seal the hole properly. call a professional if needed. To be repaired within 1 month
Cracks at floor-wall junction have been filled with spray foam. This is NOT an acceptable material as it is not smooth, easily cleanable, and impermeable. You must use baseboard tiles or coving. To be repaired within 1 month.

Pest control has visited the facility and completed an inspection and serviced the facility. Follow ups scheduled.

Sanitation plan submitted - requires more detail. Be sure to use this plan and clean the areas as identified in the past 4 days as being problem areas.
Seal the wooden box by grill - observed heavy grease and food debris build up.

Initial follow-up conducted at 10am - cleaning was still not acceptable. list of items provided to operator and follow-up inspection scheduled for 3:00pm

At 3:00pm - cleaning has greatly improved, thank you
Corners and hard to reach areas have been addressed
one deep fryer still have heavy grease debris build up - clean or replace.
All other items have been addressed.
Be sure to check products upon receiving for signs of infestation
