Routine inspection: raw coffee bean receiving, roasting, grinding, blending, packaging and distribution operation.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Roasting ovens are sanitized with a hydrogen peroxide solution.
Receiving and storage areas clean and organized.
All food products stored off the floor.
Pest control services in place.
Coffee beans are placed in a loader with a magnet. Roasted beans go through a de-stoner, ground, degassed, then packaged. After roasting there is no handling.
