If an attachment is needed to spray pots, etc., then order proper faucet attachment that allows staff to spray pots in both sink areas. Corrective Action(s): * Remove garden hose attachment from 2-compartment sink and replace with proper food grade attachment Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: * Some cabinet drawers and surfaces deteriorating.
