Observation: * Garden hose being used/attached to 2-compartment sink faucet and this is not food grade/accetable practise. If an attachment is needed to spray pots, etc., then order proper faucet attachment that allows staff to spray pots in both sink areas.
Corrective Action(s): * Remove garden hose attachment from 2-compartment sink and replace with proper food grade attachment
