2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Manual warewashing procedures - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry. A mild bleach solution can be made using 1 tablespoon of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 imperial gallon of water. Wares can be immersed in sanitizing solution for 30 seconds after washing and rinsing, and allowed to air dry.
2 standing coolers noted at 4C or below.
Handwashing station in washroom equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer noted at 200ppm.
Foods are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Facility does not supply foods in bulk bins to patrons.
