- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 72.9 deg C at dish surface (min/ max thermometer); 71 deg C achieved on thermolabel; Minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperatures reached as per unit specifications on temperature gauge readings. Unit was serviced after inspection on June 28, 2017.
**Monitor dishwasher temperatures daily - ensure that unit is working properly before using. Review procedures with staff.
**Run all dishes, utensils, serving plates, food equipment through dishwasher cycle before using to serve food to the public.

- Prep Cooler: ≤4 deg C

- All other outstanding violations noted on Inspection Report DNGG-ANRUX4 dated June 28, 2017 must still be corrected by noted correction dates. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to verfiy that outstanding violations are addressed and corrected.
