Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher out of sanitizer at start of inspection. 0ppm Cl readings in water.
**Corrected during inspection** New container of sanitizer connected to dishwasher. Water measured 50ppm chlorine residual by end of inspection.

Create and maintain sanitizer log to ensure dishwasher is working properly, especially since container is not easily observed (behind dishwasher rack). Clean and sanitize all equipment in the restaurant to ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized immediately
