-Facility is a home based business - currently not in operation. Facility will offer catering services. -Refrigerator/freezer was at 3C/-18C. Thermometers present in cold holding unit. -Handwash station shared with 2-compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer available on-site for sanitizing. -Facility well maintained. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. *Operator has completed FoodSafe Level 1 Refresher Nov 05, 2017 - 100%.
