Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All of potentially hazardous foods in the cooler 2 (sandwich cooler) were relocated to a verified cooler. Internal temperature of PHFs measured in between 5.7C-6.4C.

The following items in the sliding door cooler located in the back kitchen were discarded by the operator due to time and temperature abuse:
- Marinated raw chicken cube (half container full). Internal temperature: 9.3C.
- Cooked potato skin on (10-15 potatoes). Internal temperature: 9.0C.
- Portioned biryani. Internal temperature 8.0C-11.7C.
- Soya chaap. Internal temperature 10.8C.
- Cooked rice (2 containers). Internal temperature 11.3C-11.4C.
- Cooked tandoori chicken. Internal temperature 9.9C.
- Semolina. Internal temperature 8.2C.
- Cooked lentil. Internal temperature 9.1C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a container of soiled ambient temperature water used to store an in-use utensil (tea strainer). In-use utensil and a container removed to be washed and sanitized. The tea strainer is to be stored in an empty clean container and clean and sanitize it every 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a green handle scoop submerged in yogurt. Green handle scoop and yogurt removed at this time.

Observation: Observed production of yogurt on site. No food safety plan has been approved for yogurt production.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately cease the production of yogurt. Submit a food safety plan to the district health inspector for review.

Observation: Sandwich cooler and sliding door cooler in the back area were measured >4C. Refer to additional details in violation code 205. All potentially hazardous foods from these two coolers were either discarded or relocated to a verified cooler at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Service coolers so that it can keep potentially hazardous foods at or below 4C at all time. Do not use the sandwich cooler and the sliding door cooler until the temperature is verified by the district health inspector.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manager and two staffs on site did not have a valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate at the time of inspection. The owner with a valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate arrived during the inspection.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Hot holding measured at or above 60C.
Freezers at -18C or less.
Except for a sandwich cooler and back kitchen sliding door cooler, all other coolers were measured at 4C or less.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm chlorine.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control service is in place.

Contact the district health inspector once the coolers are serviced or replaced, but no later than February 20, 2023. Business card provided.
