Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations are fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- 2-comp sinks maintained and dishware washing procedure followed.
- QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles. QUA, sanitizing solution measured around 400 ppm concentration. Food contact surfaces are to be cleaned and sanitized before and after repackaging products.
- General sanitation of the premises is excellent. No sign of pest noted at this date. No issues noted structurally. Packaging device is to be cleaned and sanitized after use.
- Food in all cooler units measured at or below 4C. Food in all freezer units measured at or below -18C. Temperature monitoring log maintained.
- Dry storage observed to be clean and organized. Food stored above the floor and shelving were clean and free of build-ups.
- Staff washrooms were clean and fully supplied. Mop sink and janitorial equipment maintained and organized.
- Lighting observed to be adequate in the back room.
- Fresh produce fridges observed to be clean and maintained. First-in First out noted in all fridges.
