Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink lacked paper towels at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels provided. Ensure that at all times, hand sink is easily accessible (do not store items in front or within sink) and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Scoop handles observed in contact with food product (powder).
2. Nut butter scoops stored in ambient temperature water with food particles present.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all scoops are stored in a manner that protects food from potential contamination. Scoops are not to be stored with handles in contact with food as scoop handles may transfer potential contamination / allergens to bulk product.
2. Ensure scoops are stored under temeprature contol to limit the growth of potential pathogens over time. Scoops may be stored within ice or an ice-water mixture.

Observation: Food debris observed in the following area:
1. Floors (particularly underneath cooler / freezer units)
2. Within under counter cooler and freezer
- all door seals
- inside surfaces of doors
- other interior surfaces, including bottom interiors
3. Within two containers labeled "utensils"
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above-noted areas are properly cleaned to remove all food debris. Sanitize equipment following proper cleaning.
Note: Food debris may attract pest activity. Ensure above noted areas are being routinely cleaned and sanitized as part of a cleaning schedule.

Routine inspection conducted. Food premises is used for preparing and serving smoothies and coffee.
Glass cooler at 4 degrees C
Under counter cooler at 4 degrees C
Under counter freezer at -18 degrees C
Food is covered.
Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs. Bleach water sanitizer is available in the sanitizing compartment at 100 ppm chlorine.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is also available on site in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm quats.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
Reminder: Keep copies of all staff certificates on site for review by the Environmental Health Officer.
