No bleach sanitizer found in the kitchen or front area.
Corrective Action(s):
Prepare a 100-200 ppm bleach solution immediately. Ensure a sanitizer solution is readily available in the kitchen and front area at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
No liquid soap or paper towels in dispensers of kitchen hand sink.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers of kitchen hand sink. All hand washing stations must be fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

Observation:
Several food items, especially in walk-in cooler and back hallway, found to be uncovered or in open bags on the floor.
Corrective Action(s):
Transfer all open items into a pest proof container. Ensure all food items have a food grade cover to protect from contamination. Ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) off the floor.

Observation:
General sanitation of facility requires improvement, especially for:
- Underneath and behind all equipment
- Hard to reach areas
- Outside of all storage bins
- All shelving units (including inside of coolers and freezers)
- Back storage room
- Building hallway area
Corrective Action(s):
Clean all areas listed above. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan for daily and weekly cleaning.

Observation:
Long section of tiles in front of walk-in cooler and grease trap are missing. Operator informed that the grease trap was extended which is why the tiles had to be removed. Tiles present onsite to be installed.
Corrective Action(s):
Replace tiles in front of walk-in cooler and grease trap to prevent tripping/slipping hazard, water accumulation and to prevent mould growth. All surfaces, including flooring, need to be smooth, impervious and easy to clean.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing station in front fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
All freezer temperatures satisfactory.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 77.9 degrees Celsius at dish level after the final rinse cycle.
Pest control comes in monthly.

Health approval not granted to have any outdoor cooking at this time. Operator discussed possibility of starting a gol gappa stand on the patio.
