-Cooler unit containing potentially hazardous foods was at 2C. -Chest freezer was at -20C. -Soft serve ice cream is closed for the season. When machine is in use, it is cleaned and sanitized using a sanitizer provided by the manufacturer - 200ppm chlorine solution. -Dairy cream labelled "Keep Refrigerated" stored on ice pack. -Self-serve food items were properly protected from potential contamination and tongs available for items - no direct contact with hands. -Random selection of foods were found to be within their best before dates. -Foods items properly stored off the floor. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
