-Walk-in cooler shared with the gas station was at 4C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 3C (bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 2C and 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -10C.
-Hot holding units were greater than 60C. Foods are time tracked and discarded if not used within 2hrs or 4hrs (based on food safety plan).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails tested at 200ppm. Solution changed every 2 hours (time tracked).
-Mixing wand sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use.
-Mixing spoon stored in ice/water mixture.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and stored off the ground.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 27 2025.
-Health Permit hand delivered. Review the attached permit letter and notify the Health Department of any changes to the facility. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
