Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoop and bowl observed to be stored in an insert with leftover rice at room temperature throughout the day which can promote bacteria growth and toxin production
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that utensils are stored in a sanitary manner by storing in ice water or clean and sanitize for up to every 4 hours

Comments

General observations
- Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towel
- Dishwasher final rinse measured to have 100ppm residual chlorine
- Two compartment sink with sink plug available for manual dishwashing
- QUATS sanitizer measured to be at 200ppm
- Hot holding unit for ice measured at 67C
- All coolers (line coolers, beverage cooler, walk-in cooler, prep cooler (top and bottom)) measured to be 4C or less
- Standing freezer measured at -22C
- Thermometers observed in the coolers. Temperature checks conducted twice per day and documented.
- Food stored off the floor.
- Premises and washrooms observed to be a sanitary condition
- No pest activity observed
- Permit posted in a visible location
