Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach bottle empty at this time. Staff was already aware of this and brought another bottle from the back. The bleach bottle had 0ppm chlorine, but instead some unknown solution. Operator was contacted to bring a bottle of bleach on his way to the site.
Corrective Action(s): 100-200ppm chlorine solution was prepared in a bucket to hold wiping cloths at the end of the inspection. Ensure enough bleach is on site at all times.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied. Ensure to obtain a proper holder for paper towels.
-Refrigeration temperature within requirement.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Staff on site Foodsafe Level 1 certified.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
