Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
High temp. dishwasher reached 74.9 deg C (at plate surface).
Freezers were at or below -18 deg C.
Upright cooler was at 4 deg C.
Temperature log available and up to date. Provide a corrective action sheet when temperatures deviate.
Active pest control in place (pest control company contract).
Food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
Food storage room:
Freezer was below -18 deg C. Food items were covered and off the floor.
New vinyl flooring installed in the entire building.
-Ensure to install washable, non-porous baseboards in the kitchen/dining area.
Note: Set up self-serve coffee station in the dining room area, not inside the kitchen.
