CORRECTED ITEMS: - New hot holding unit has been obtained and in use. Temperatures of greater than 60 degrees Celsius observed at time of inspection ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - From previous inspection report : Some signs of wear at the facility including: - Broken tiles on floor - especially surrounding three compartment - Broken tiles on lower walls - holes in wall as a result of broken - Wooden shelves have obvious signs of wear. Paint/coating has been worn away. - Walls in walk in cooler unit are rusting as result of wear. This was observed and noted during previous inspection. Action is to occur now. Structural maintenance repairs are needed for facility. Facility is showing signs of wear in solid surfaces that will require repair and maintenance. Renovations and repairs are now required. Plan of action needed for back worn shelving unit - new paint/resurfacing. Front cupboards are needing resurfacing as well. Discussed with Manager. Resurfacing is to occur at facility in one week at back shelves and front cupboards. Cooler and holes in tiles require maintenance to conduct repairs.
