Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several items were being cooled at room temp without time tracking.
- 3 bus pans of deep fried prawns (39-55*C)
- 3 bus pans of fried noodles (22-26*C)
- 1 bus pan of cooked chicken. (20*C)
Noodles were discarded. The rest moved to fridge. Chicken was reported to have cooled in cold water first.
