Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (When staff were asked where the sanitizer solution was they pointed to a dirty bucket filled with dirty cloths. The sanitizer solution did have chlorine solution however it appeared as though it was for soaking rags for cleaning the rags themselves and not intended for cleaning counters and food preparation surfaces as it was stored on the ground and filthy.

CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED - All items corrected - facility has been cleaned and holes have been filled; Pest proof containers purchased and all food in pest proof containers

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Continue to clean and maintain high level of sanitation
- Continue to monitor for holes and pests
- At least one more cockroach treatment
- Add more traps to facility
- Continue to clean front of restaurant
