-Follow-up inspection to June 15, 2020.
-Deli slicer was disassembled and cleaned and sanitized after use this morning.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled. Once labels fade/fall off, ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw meats were stored at the bottle shelf of the cooler.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure equipment is cleaned on a daily basis.
-Did not observe any frozen foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Operator has completed and posted a COVID-19 safety plan at the front entrance and in the facility. Contact information for dine-in customers is collected. Contact information must be retained for 30 days.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
