- Follow up inspection conducted at the facility. Facility has been renovated, but no floor plans have been submitted for review and approval by area EHO

- Food Safety Plan and Sanitation plan for review and approval for - meat cut and wrap process and any repackaging of spices and dry food items

- Coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Freezers are less than -18C
- Food storage practices are satisfactory at the time of inspection
