Notes:
- Observed domestic deep fryer in use with no mechanical ventilation in place. Mechanical ventilation is required by the Fire Department for any grease laden vapors. Consult with them regarding installing a system or change menu to eliminate need for cooking with grease laden vapors.
-Changes in layout planned in the near future. Owners have acquired another unit in same building and are looking at relocating the dry storage to that unit. Plans of expanding kitchen facilities in the works. **Submit floor plans of desired changes to undersigned inspector for approval before any changes are made**
