Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted cooked beef (18oC), marinated raw beef (12oC), and noodles (25oC) were stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Cooked beef and marinated raw beef were left out at room temperature for 1 hour. Noodles were left out at 2 hours.
Cooked beef and marinated raw beef were moved back into a cooler. The noodles were discarded during inspection.
Do not leave any perishable food items (cold or hot) for 2 hours or more at room temperature.
