Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine bleach concentration in the sanitizer spray bottle is 0ppm. Staff don't appear to be using the sanitizer solution when cleaning surfaces with the wiping rags.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution was prepared while on-site. Ensure to use the sanitizer solution on surfaces while cleaning with the wiping rags.
