Observation: Walk in cooler as per fridge repair contracter was at 40F (4C) when checked. Today (in afternoon) the food temperature is at 43F (6C). Air temperature is higher. Records show 5C.
Correction: Higher risk foods to be kept at 4C (40F) or colder. Adjust cooler or take action so that cooler can keep foods at required temperature throughout day. Update Fraser Health.
