Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical glasswasher had only 10ppm of chlorine at cup level upon final rinse cycle. 50ppm of chlorine is required to sanitize glassware so that customers do not get sick.
Corrective Action(s): Operator incrased the concentration of chlorine at the glasswasher. Test strips were available

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no paper towel in the dispenser at the bar handsink. Paper towel is required to effectively dry clean hands and prevent pathogen survival and growth.

Some fruit flies present. Drains are covered throughout day and hot water poured down at the end of the day. A UV sticky light is present. pest control comes once a month.

Ice cream freezer was at -17C
