Observation: Sanitation in the kitchen area has been improved. Underneath cooking stove and pizza oven area has been cleaned (filth and grime removed). Prep line also has been cleaned as well as half of the shelving units in the walk in cooler. Back area by the mop sink and also the beer walk-in cooler has been cleane and organized.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean other areas of the kitchen ( dishwashing area, underneath frying equipment and prep line cooler).

Observation: Grouting of kitchen floor still need to be done and one cabinet need to have metal strip.
Corrective Action(s): Maintenance person on holiday so this item will be addressed at the end of the month as per management.

Comments

Sanitation has been improved in the kitchen area.
Cleaning checklist available and management will ensure that Sanitation Plan is being followed.
Remind staff to keep their drinks in enclosed containers (i.e. lids, etc.).
Any liquid spills on the floor must be mopped up immediately.
Code 502 corrected. General Manager on site has Food Safe 1 (valid) and all other supervisors will update their Food Safe 1 certification.
