Hand wash station leading to processing/packaging area provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels. Additional hand wash station leading to warehouse provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Staff wash room hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Foot mats with disinfectant available for use when entering processing/packaging area.
Employees provided with clean smocks and hair/beard nets.
Chemical storage in secure room.
pH of final product less than 4.6. In house testing done for pH are various points of processing.
Microbiological testing done on final product.
Lot codes, batch codes, best before dates, etc. in place.
No issues with sanitation. Pest control services in place.
Batch and surge tanks for syrup cleaned and sanitized with an acid sanitizer. Clean in place for large equipment.
Mesh filter used to catch any physical contamination.
City water undergoes reverse osmosis.
Filtered air used to clean presterilized bottles prior to filling.
